General information, not project advice
Website content is general information. It is not a design, specification, calculation, survey, valuation, legal opinion, approval or instruction to carry out building work.
Basement work may require separately appointed architects, engineers, waterproofing designers, surveyors, contractors, planning advisers and legal specialists.
Submitting an enquiry does not appoint Darren or create a consultancy contract. Any work must be agreed separately in writing.
Safety and emergencies
Do not use the website, email or WhatsApp to report an emergency. Contact the person managing the site and the relevant appointed professionals immediately.
Call the emergency services if people or property are in immediate danger.

You may browse, print or share links to public pages for lawful personal or business use. You must not:
